Timeshare Resales:
What a joke. I have paid 5 different Companies whom claim they can sale my 3 Timeshares within 90 Days. This Company being one of them. I paid them $799.00 because the Sales Rep (Heather Olexa) whom I am not sure how she went to work everday knowing she was RIPPING CONSUMERS OFF. Called the Company numerous occasions left messages. Paid these fees in Oct 2005. They would always say she was unavailible to speak with. Would get a different representative from the Company each time would call. So in July 2006 spoke with Ryan and he said they were having an AUCTION and if I agreed to lower the asking price guaranteed they would be sold. So in Oct 2006 called the Company and was told I did not read my CONTRACT that they would only list the Timeshares for 1 year and my year had ran out and nothing I could do to retrieve my monies paid. Very distraught TIMESHARE Owner and have put complaints in with the BBB, State Atty General's Office with no luck.

Have no more monies to fight these RIPOFF COMPANIES since have paid about a total of $4K to get rid of this burden.
