Copper Electronics ripoff, Company did not warranty amplifier . It was within 30 days. I had to pay for another one. Robbers, thiefs, they claim 30 day warranty on their website Louisville Kentucky

I bought an amplifier from Copper electronics. Three weeks after I had it, it burnt out. I returned it to their head office in Louisville, Kentucky. I was told that they cannot gaurantee it. Hence they post their 30 day warrantee on their website on most of their products, and on that particular amplifier that I purchased from them.

The only option I was given was that , they could sell me another one at their cost price.( I was told that Copper helps their customer out by doing that). So that's what I did, because they had my amplifier , and they would not fix it beacuse it can't be fixed. Copper Electronics's customer service is just as bad as their sales office. I have never dealt with more rude and inconsiderate people .

Copper Electronics is a major ripoff company.
