BEWARE.... PROMOTES CREDIT CARD FRAUD.... MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A GUISE TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Then they stole $44.85 from me!
I signed up for a free 30 day trial. Cancelled within 30 days.
Two months later notices their continuing charges on my card. Thought they were gone, failed to check each month(My fault)
Telephoned their number again and ask why not cancelled.
They claim no record of cancellation. Talked to a robot who refused to check the account ussage, like a broken record...only vocabulary was do you have a cancellation number, if you do not you did not call.
(Called me a liar, I expect legitimate business to honor their agreements).
They tout money back guarantee 5 times in their web page, talk down other services, provide competitors disconnect numbers. But this robot would not even credit one month of their fraudulent billing.
This company is a total rip off and I will be sending a complaint to the Ohio Attorney General exposing their internet fraud. Also they claim not to sell your information, and funny thing soon after trying their service, several strange bills from internet companies showed up on my credit card.
THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET RID OF THESE THIEVES WAS TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD.
Do not get near these crooks... BTW I cancelled because their service connection was very, very slow.

Forgot to state during my second call to cancel, they refused to acknowledge there had been no useage since 8-1-05 and refused to check their useage records. As I said, they are just looking to continue billing your card for as long as they can get away with.
