I have had the displeasure of dealing with this company On multiple occasions. They were hired To cover multiple properties. In order to sell me they spoke poorly of several other security organizations. I was looking for quality security services for my properties and Pam Brummit Spoke about some of these other companies with such scary sounding accusations that I was eager to give her and her organization our business.
Looking back I wish I would have researched some of these other companies Because I found out later that 90% of what she told me about these organizations were lies she told in order for her to get our business. But that's not even the worst of it. I found out that her officers were not coming the contractually allotted amount of times on each night and were lying on the reports they were submitting.
I found several instances where they embelished the report. I recieved several complaints about how rude the officers were. Needless to say I did not renew my contract with them. I now have an amazing security company Who is actually honest and Honors their agreements. Never trust Ms. Brummit or this organization.

Copss is not an INC. Copss is an LLC. And this is a false report!
COPSS,LLC has not lost any contracts in 5 years. We're a member of the BBB, NAA, Chamber of Commerece. And we're A+. This company has never put down another companies. Or do I talk with the clients. My managers do! Every client we have are happy with this company. However we do have a Law suit agaist a few of our ex employee's for posting nonsense on Facebook. An professional company is not going to post a comment in this manner, or in such an immature fashion. Or is the writing from a professional company. Not from one client have we recieved a complaint. So the answer to this post. If we haven't lost any clients in 5 years and getting compliments. Then who are YOU TALKING ABOUT? because we do not know you or have been contracted with you at any time. And for sure haven't spoken to you!
I will add that competitors that are so hard up that they have to post false statments. Then your plainly are talking about yourself. This owner does not go out and get contracts. Or do I speak to any about what we have. Our business is established enough that we do not have to put other companies down as your doing to gain business. Or disgruntled that you feel no matter what you did wrong as an employee you have to try and get even. And by what I have just read. This complaint was not written by anyone we know or client. But what I do see. Is three ex employee's that are getting sued right at the moment trying to cause problems.
