Coral Beach Travel We paid Coral Beach Travel to book a cruise for our family to be scheduled for May 2008 recevied confirmation for cruise then Coral Beach cancelled cruise with cruise line without informing us they had done this and without a refund of our monies. Coral Springs Florida

We paid $1002.00 to book a family cruise after paying $398.00 for the travel package. Once the cruise was booked coral beach sent us a confirmation number, cabin number etc. When it got closer to cruise time I called them to ask about our documents and was talked to rudely tellilng me as long as I had my confirmation letter I was good to go. I then contacted the cruise line only to find out they had booked it cancelled it rebooked it and cancelled it yet again. Fortunately for us we found out about a week in advance and made other travel arangements. We do have a complaint filed with the state of FL and if you need the info Florida travel bureau has been very helpful for us in providing the info needed to file a claim with the state of FL.
