CORAL ISLAND CONSTRUCTION defrauded me out of $25,000 for apt. remodel Fort Lauderdale Florida

Coral Island construction, Gregor Kohn and Antony DiSimone contracted with me in Oct 2016 to remodel my apt.  Took down payment of $25,000.  They were to remodel my bathrooms,replace three windows and balcony door .  They also were to replace all tle floors, remove popcorn ceilings, which they did partially, paint and add shelving.  they stated on contract that they would be finished by 1/13/18.  I cannot use my apt.  NO bathrooms No Air conditioning working.  Broken window, which they broke.  They broke air because they ran it with all the dust and debris  theymade.  Purchased new air for $3900.  Can not use till all air ducts are totally cleaned out.
