I saw an ad on AOL news for a so-called amazing eye skin product with an offer of a free trial.  I would only have to pay for shipping.  I ordered this on December 26th 2016.  On January 9th I saw a charge on my credit card for $89.97 for eye cream and $85.97 for skin cream, in addition to two shipping charges that were sightly more than what was stated in the online ad .

I had received both of these product trials but was shocked at the charges.  I called the number on the credit card and the person to whom I spoke said that I would be able to cancel the automatic order because it was within 14 days of my order.  I was relieved.       However, today, February 6, 2017 I received a credit card bill and saw that the charges were on the card as of Jan. 10th.

I called the two customer service numbers they listed on the credit card and was told that I was not within their 14 day trial period because they count the day the oder was placed.  They said the best that could be done was a 50% discount and I said OK to this reluctantly.

I have received a confirmation email that the refund should be credited to my account in 5 to 7 days.  I will be closely checking on this refund, which should amount to $87.99.

Tne products did not do anything for my eyes or face, by the way!
