Site offers a "FREE SAMPLE" beauty aid skin cream for supposedly a shipping fee of $4.97, They then upon checkout throw up a couple of more "FREE OFFERS" for an addtional "shipping fee", etc., to which I declined all their offers excepting the skin cream with the shipping fee of $4.97. Well now, upon finalizing the transaction of the "FREE SAMPLE" skin cream for only $4.97... I find that the grand total somehow magically jumped to $45.91 and a listed "SHIPPING & HANDLING" fee of $10.94 is dangled on the end .. yet not added into the total billed my bank card.

Well ... they did finally answer their phone and they were in fact very accomodating in rectifying the errors it would seem that I made in their checkout procedure. Thus far they have been nothing but 100% in rectifying the problem.
It would seem that I might have "jumped the gun" initially by filing the report filed yesterday, but I was having a difficult time getting through to the company. Once I did as indicated above all is well and they have promised to refund those charges which I had never willingly signed on for. My suggestion is that if one does purchase goods on their site, be careful to read the little flyup offfers and check off "no thanks" or whatever they have in them to insure that you are not billed for them.
Thanks once again to Cindy & Kaylan at Core Skincare who rectified the problem.
