I am writing to inform about the considerable faults regarding the two following Corioliss orders, made from their Web Page:

Order No. 2033: all items were delivered on Jan 23 via USPS #9405510200882642147871, except for the K5 Keep My Colour Treatment Iron - CORK5TIRN.

I tried to contact them several times using the online chat but I never got an answer. I also made a purchase review recommending that the shipments should be weighed prior dispatch, so that this information could be used in case of disputes.

Since I got no answer, and given that I had a lot of hair products to be used with the treatment iron and no treatment iron at all, I had to order the iron again. When I received the second order (order No. 2318), the situation was exactly the same: all items were delivered on Jul 02 via USPS #9405510200793794232547 except for the K5 Keep My Colour Treatment Iron CORK5TIRN.

Therefore, I demanded that Corioliss check on the weight stated on the shipments so that they could verify that none of them included the irons, only the hair products. I also asked that as soon as they corroborated what I state, they should correct the errors by sending the missing irons or reimbursing the charges related to the disputed items, but once again I got no answer.
