Buyer beware of this company that lulls in the average real estate investor looking to purchase property. These people certifiy, falsely advertise that their rehabbed properties are in excellent condition which they are substandard even dangerous conditions faulty wiring exist. They buy these run down homes for little or nothing do substandard repairs and then sell the properties for 300% or more and claim them to be priced below market value then they provide you with false comparisons. They claim to screen the tenants so the investor can purchase a turn key property but they really dont screen the tenants they place any and every type of people in the properties. Once your property has closed they leave you holding the bag with the substandard dangerous conditions properties with less than feasible tenants in them. DONT purchase any investment properties through this company or use the property management company they recommend its a scam!

Greetings all! I have done contracting work for this company on properties in Ohio. From my experience, the company will not accept substandard work by rehabbing contractors. If a problem or hazard should arise, Chris and the area manager is right on top of it to correct the situation. I have been asked to make ceratin additions/changes to the properties to ensure the residents safety.

Buyer Beware!!!! Dont be fooled!!! This is my mission to put these scam artists out of business for good and warn all potential investors about these scam artists Chris Stroud and www.cashflowwithequity.com now and pinnacle property solutions.
New Name WWW.CASHFLOWWITHEQUITY.COM (check out the website www.cashflowandequity.com and the title changes without you knowing check it out for yourself, they obviously did this to divert people from knowing the truth about this fly by night garaged company). Same scam artists, same people, same ripoff!!! Also beware they have another title going by the name Pinnacle Property Solutions same address 2470 Windy Hill Rd Suite 461 Marietta, GA 30067 this is the same bone head scam artists CHRIS STROUD and his "partner" DON.
There needs to be a class action lawsuit against these bone heads! There are enough people complaints filed to file a lawsuit against them! For what ever it is worth I have read on other real estate boards there is a class action suit brewing on these guys. Be careful.

My partner and I have been buying properties from cashflowandequity.com for nearly two years and have had only positive experiences. The properties are in good shape when we buy them and generally speaking have paying tenants. Occasionally I have had problems with tenants but what company can guarantee that each tenant will be perfect? Real estate investing is like stock investing. There are no guarantees you just do your due diligence and take calculated risk. These guys have sold hundreds of properties and I have heard very few complaints. My partner and I have made nice money and I would recommend cashflowandequity.com very highly.
