Cornerstone Payment Systems ripoff Alpharetta Georgia

My compnay was processing credit cards thru them for 2 years then they contacted us that they needed a $10,000 reserve to continue processing or credit card payments for our ecommerce business for physical goods we ship out. Which they then took the whole $10k out the next day. 1 week later they turned off our account and refused to return the escrow reserve they said it would be 6months. It is know 8 months later and they will not respond to me on returning the reserve money.

Can someone help also watch out for this company they will withdraw from your back and then turn you off and you are out your money for months maybe even forever.
