The American Veterans Aid Fund chose Cornerstone Patment Systems after we found their ad on Catholic on-line under the name "Pro-Life Processing".  They even had clients listed such as Lila Rose LiveAction.  We are a small Veterans Charitiable organization and need an affordable CC Processiong solution.

This past Friday (9.23.11) three donors donated money for a veteran in need totaling $500 to cover the rent for her and her family.  The batch reports were settled on the Sage Payment Solutions Virtual Terminal but Conerstone Payment Systems never made the deposit into our account, thus resulting in missing $500 emergency donation for a veteran.

Be advised that we have tried to contact them and their CEO Nick Logan all weekend long by their multiple listed phone numbers and email addresses since Friday evening and have received no response and the phones are now disconnected.

Avoid Nick Logan and Conerstone Payment Systems if you do not want to get ripped off!

DUGGAR ENDORSED & USED

AUTHOR: ColeK24 - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 01, 2015

This is the same rotten crooked company Jill Duggar is using to beg for money with.  Cornerstone will be happy to take your money and hand it over to a non-working Duggar.

The Duggars have learned to grow up, get married and then expect the public to fund their life, so they can eat pizza in bed (Recent September 1, 2015 photo).

These fake missionaries actually expect the public to believe they're missionaries for God in Central America, while never receiving college degrees or taking the years required to become true missionaries.

The Duggars are always at the top of the pile when it comes to begging and felony crime.  Now, Jill Duggar and her lazy new husband (who quit a perfectly good job to become a Duggar), are using this fraudulent company to take free money from unsuspecting people, so they can waltz through life without lifting a finger for income.

DO NOT SUPPORT ANY DUGGAR and certainly never use this company.  Cornerstone is also riddled with bad history like the Duggars.

Neither of them can ever be trusted.

There Were No Chargebacks

AUTHOR: CPS - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 07, 2011

There were no chargebacks for these transactions.

The American Veterans Aid Fund, cancelled the transactions by issuing credits before the funds were credited to their checking account by Sage Payment Solutions.

The funds were never lost or in jeopardy in any way.

Misunderstanding

AUTHOR: CPS - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 07, 2011

We apologize for the confusion that Mr Kelly is having with processing the credit card transaction for his organization.  Credit card processing is a very regulated process.  It is important that merchants understand the process, so I will explain the transaction noted in this complaint.

First, the transaction which has caused Mr Kelly frustration was initiated online and the batch was closed on a Friday evening after the standard operating hours of Cornerstone Payment Systems.  Please note that our office hours have no impact on merchnt processing.

All credit card transactions are settled through the Federal Reserve, and this can only occur on a day when the Federal Reserve is open.  The Federal Reserve is not open on Saturday or on Sunday, therefore the transaction noted was unable to be settled to Mr Kellys account when the Federal Reserve was closed.  In a  review of the trasnaction, Mr Kelly actually cancelled the transaction on Monday before it was sent for settlement by Sage Payment Solutions.

Sage Payment Solutions is a division of Sage North America, which is a wholly owned subsidary of The Sage Group, PLC  a publicly traded UK company.  Sage has over 6 million customers world wide, and they are the owners of Peachtree Accounting Software, and ACT Software.   Sage is the gateway, the processor of record, and they handled this transaction at all levels.  This includes the financial settlement of the transaction noted in this complaint.  Let me emephasize that at no time does Cornerstone Pyemnt Systems have access to this merchants or any other merchants funds.  Merchant funds are only moved by Visa and MC member banks, per Visa and MC operating regulations.

Sage processes over 7 billion dollars on their gateway, so I am reasonably confident that they would have succesfully funded this $500.00 transaction had it not been cancelled by The American Veterans Aid Fund and not allowed to be settled.

When the account was set up for this organization, a welcome email listing the customer service numbers was provided to The American Veterans Aid Fund by Sage Payment Solutions.  They provide the customer service for Cornerstone Payment Systems, and they would have been available to address Mr Kellys questions about the transaction had he allowed it to be completed.

It is true that there was no one at the Cornerstone Office the weekend that Mr Kelly attempted to contact us.  We have never been open on Saturday or Sunday.  This is outside of our regular business hours.  This is why we rely on Sage Payment Solutions to provide customer service.

Our phones are not disconnected.

I am disappointed that we were unable to serve The American Veterans Aid Fund.  Our limitation on funding is a function of the Federal Reserve and the banking system as a whole, not our availability over a weekend,

I apologize for any inconvenince that this misunderstanding has caused Mr Kelly, his organization, and especially the veteran who had to wait on the funds.
