CORNERSTONE REAL ESTATE SCAM! I strongly caution anyone considering investing with Cornerstone Real Estate Funds or Cornerstone Healthcare Properties to STAY AWAY! I invested a great deal of money into a multi-family real estate venture in 2009 and have seen zero returns. I have received zero phone calls from them in over 3 years and they have not returned any of my calls. Two of the executives of the company have been indicted for embezzlement and it's only a matter of time until the whole place is shut down. I have spoken with a number of sales reps whom used to call me multiple times every day. That should have been a red flag. Fool me once. .
Do not get involved with Terry Roussel, Ed Fernandez or Miles Carrington. I read an article that said they were arrested in 2010 on 2 charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and also mail fraud. They are con artists who need to brought to justice.

To the individual using the name or pseudonym “Dave Johnson” of Prosper Texas:
Please take notice that Plaintiffs Terry Roussel, Miles Carrington, and Ed Fernandez (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action against you in the Orange County Superior Court located at 700 Civic Center Drive West, Santa Ana, California 92701, Case No. 30-2013-00651451-CU-DF-CJC, on the basis that you posted false and defamatory statements about Plaintiffs on the website www.ripoffreport.com (the “Action”). In connection with the Action, Plaintiffs sought and obtained the issuance of a subpoena to Xcentric Ventures LLC, the company that Plaintiffs are informed and believe owns and operates the website, to obtain your contact and identifying information (the “Subpoena”) so that legal proceedings can be pursued against you for posting false and defamatory statements that have no basis in fact or in law.
On June 20, 2013, the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in the County of Maricopa issued the Subpoena. Plaintiffs served the Subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC on June 20, 2013. The subpoena response, by which Xcentric Ventures LLC will disclose your true identity, is due on or before July 19, 2013.
By this post, Plaintiffs hereby give you notice that Plaintiffs have sought, through court order, the disclosure of your true identity from the operator of www.ripoffreport.com for the purpose of pursuing legal action and seeking damages and other relief against you for posting factually baseless and defamatory statements concerning the Plaintiffs.
