Corporate Auto Brokers, David Sutton, Charles D. Sutton Took money but did not ship item, actually stealing the money Indianapolis Indiana

Agreed to buy a chevrolet rear end from David Sutton. The item had been listed on eBay for sale. Shipping was discussed before the puchase was made and I was to pay an additional $50.00 for Sutton to ship. Mailed $550.0 in the form of cashiers check. Sutton received and cashed the check. When I asked him when he was going to ship my item he was busy at the race track. I told him that I was not feeling good about this deal and would like have my money returned, he went ballistic. I told Sutton that i was aware that he had done this to others. He promised to return my money 3 different times. I also asked that he return it in the same form as I had paid him, cashiers check, he went berserk.

He had returned others money with a Company chek and it bounced. We have had quite a cussing match with each other since and he has still not returned my money.

I currently have a complaint filed with The indian Attn. Generals office in Indianapolis, IN but I don't expect much to happen. Beware of this man, he is no more than acommon theif and you live in different state than him so that it hard for you get to him he will steal your money and laugh at you. He is protected by ebay and the law.
