Corporate Services & Associates, LLC CEO Douglas Burnett of CSA request 30,000 US to open a corporation under my and partner's name in order to purchase real state in the US. I paid $20,000 to start the process, once completed I will pay the balance of $10,000US, a year later he did not do any thing and he is not willing to refund the money($20,000) Destin Florida

It gives me great pleasure to respond to the very few complaints that Corporate Services & Associates has to deal with. I much rather be working with the HUNDREDS of Satsified Clients that we service throughout the United States and the Globe. But please review our response to the rip-off report filed by Hareth & David and you the Consumer make an informed decision.

In response to David & Hareth alleged filed rip off report these are the concerns that my company presented to them on several occassions:

1.) In order for our company to finish the structure of thier entity for funding in the United States for real estate investing, they must have United States Social Security Numbers.

2.) All banks require a personal name and guarantee for Corporate Officers obtaining funding for Real Estate, Business lines of Cash Credit, and in some cases even equipment lines of credit.

3.) David flew into Destin, Florida to visit the operations office for Florida Last year from Canada and we explained to him in detail the steps that must be completed in order to structure his partners with a legitiamate legal entity that is in complianceswith the Law for funding in the United States and the several government agencies to include, the Internal Revenue Service, Federal Bureau of Investigation, FDIC,Security Exchange Commission etc.

4.) David and Hareth did not want to comply when I ask them to complete forms with Homeland Security, that threw up a major red flag with my technical department and I demanded them to stop all paperwork with this order until our clients are willing to comply with the Law.

5.) If you are a alien of the United States and you want to conduct commerce in the United States through a corportion in a legal manner . The corporation owner must complete employee verification documents with Homeland Security then apply for a United states Social Security Number. ( THE FORM IS A GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT I-9)

6). Once that form is completed the officers of the corporation must obtain a social security number.

7.) Now we have to obtain and build credit for the corporate owners of a median score 680 or higher and make sure that we identify a project that has positive cash flow for lending institution requirements. (We have already found projects for several of our client and they have been approved for funding and please feel free to contact our office for references.)

I have finally got the message clear to David and Hareath and we are working with them daily to complete the legal steps to fulfill thier goals with thier business

PLUS THESE GENTLEMEN STILL OWE CORPORATE SERVICES & ASSOCIATES $10,000.00 and we have already purchased thier aged corporation for funding!!!

It is more important that I stay in the guidelines of the law and demand that my clients follow the proper steps in contrast to a false, inadequate report being filed on rip-off report.com (WOW WE ARE NERVOUS).

I care about each and everyone of our clients here at CSA but I am not a miracle worker and we refuse to break the law with international companies/individuals who want to conduct commerce in the United States.

For those same reasons is why our Company is Endorsed and featured across the country and world on some of the best multi-media programs. The Endorsements for CSA and our sponsors have recieved hundreds of calls with satisified consumers in regards to our consulations, e-books, support services, and staff.

I wonder if WAL-MART who has hundreds of millions of clients but over 100,000 complaints take the time to repsond to reports like this????

It was mentioned in the contract that you/us signed; that we were from Canada and our address is written in the opening statement of the contract. Therefore there is no reason for your assumptions.

You knew from the beginning that we were from Canada and both are Canadians willing to do business in the US. We don't hold the US citizenship therefore we don't have a US social security number. Nothing was mentioned about the US social security number when we signed the contract and paid you the 20,000. It's also was not mentioned in the contract either for us to have one. We are more than willing to follow all procedures to be compliance with US laws and regulations. It was you who came up with all kind of reasons not to complete the process. Why wouldn't we complete the process when we paid you 20,000? We are also willing to take this to the Supreme Court of justice in the US.

Now we have a problem that need's a solution. What is your action plan? Your choice is either to continue with completing the process and be compliance with US law and regulations or refund the money if you are incapable of completing the items on the contract that we signed.

Hareth,

It was clear that we had to follow the proper steps for funding within in the US, how could you expect to conduct commerece without on on US social Security number for employment? I must have that on file to be in legal compliance with the US Treasury and FDIC.

I was under the impression that you had on on US social security number, CSA is in compliance with the law and the Patriot Actn that does not constitute on on refund on my part because you do not want to follow the law.

All steps must be completed along with on on business credit and personal credit profile of at least 680 and we will finish the job we started, otherwise I will have to fight this in court

It would be easier for you just to comply with the law and get funded properly.
