Corporate Services & Associates, LLC CEO Douglas Burnett Of CSA COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! CHARGING OVER $30,000 FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER DELIVERED. Destin Florida

I am writing this as a follow up to the report I described about Mr. Burnett and Corporate Services and Associates last year. Doug did indeed contact me and said that he would reimburse me for the money I spent on his corporation. Since then I see that he has indeed scammed someone else out of their money, (even more so than I was.) When I see things like this I am totally disgusted.

Mr. Burnett, you are a discrace to those in the business and you should be ashamed of your practices. You should know that Karma is a very strong thing and I can guarantee you that you will see this again.

Everyone else beware. I STILL have not seen a dime of my money and you should not ever waste your time with Doug Burnett or any of his affiliates. PERIOD.

Corporate services & Associates, LLC has processed over 3,000 calls during the past 3 years and we only have a two complaints!!!

The company is in the process of establishing a inbound call center in Las Vegas Nevada and our phone lines are temporaliy being transferred to a different server and if any one is trying to reach the company dial 866 595 9575 and the phone call will be tracked and returned. We are not hiding from anyone and if Mr. D dialed the company number he would have recieved a return phone as he did today when we noticed that this report was filed.

In regards to Mr. d, the services he purchased were not complete to change in funding requirements with personal credit scores and business credit scores.


Mr. D did utilize services with CSA, he spent several hours with our Tax Attorney Joe Tigani on an exisiting tax problem and non filed tax returns. Attorney Tigani did not want to work with Mr. d for he was concerned of some fraudlent activity with his tax returns and Mr. Tigani advised Mr. D not to file the tax returns that he submitted and Mr. D chose to ignore his advise and file the tax returns anyway.Mr. D's business did not even have a paydex score and our company established a paydex score for his business at 80 which is equivlent to a personal credit score of 80. I personally was on the confernce call and submitted the documentation to Dunn & Bradstreet to get that accomplish

Mr. D's original credit profile was sent to Phoenix Financial Solutions and the debt ratio of his profile was rejected for funding on his real estate project. Phoenix Financial Solutions services has been terminated with CSA for we had problems with three clients whose files were in thier office. Phoenix Financial Solutions has processed over 50 clients for CSA but our company reviews the complaints from our support services and we feel that they could have handled Mr. D's file with some additonal support services.

Corporate Services & Assocaites, LLC did agree to issue a partial refund which will be met once the company financial funding for investment capitol is obtained.

The reason we agreed to the refund because an independant contractor for CSA overpromised the results of the Credit program to Mr. D before his financials, tax returns, and debt ratio were reviewed.

I spoke with Mr. D personally today and I assured him that our company will meet this past due obligation on the partial refund for the services that were not completed due to failures on both parts.

CSA ia a great business and we are growing and implenting new programs, policies, procedures, and personnel so these type of problems do not occur. our company can not overstep the laws and funding process for business owners, our job is to simply get the business in compliance to be funded. And we did secure those steps for Mr. Davenport.

Mr. D's file was being processed during a huge change in the econcomy and funding process with banks and lending institutions nationwide.

We were processing thousands of clients per year and we only have issues with 3 percent of the calls that was processed..that is considered excellent for businesses that deal with the public sector.

Corporate Services & Associates will meet the demands of Mr. D and his partial refund regardless.
