Corporate Travel sends out faxes luring customers for cheap deals. First and last time I called the company. They were very good at taking my money of $ 388 for two adults and two kids. After that I called to cancel or modify about 10 times and left messages. They never called back. They say you can reserve online via absolutereservationcenter.com. I tried but the site did not let me reserve anything. Then I called and left messages but no one returned calls. I believe my money is stolen by con-artist. I want them to return the money.

The purpose for this report is to warn other fellow customers to never get lured by this kind of attractive faxes coming to you.

If corporate travel really exhists then they should make all attempts to return phone calls and provide good customer service.

This is a great case for class action suit but in class action suits only lawyers benefit. We may get back may be 50 cents. I was wondering if anyone can co-ordinate a suit in small claims court or give me information to do so.

Employees all cover for each other

AUTHOR: Sapna - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 10, 2006

Jennifer was my travel coordinator and it generally took several days of persistently calling and e-mailing her to get a response back, and when she finally responded, she didn't answer my questions. She tells me she is "always accessible" yet she doesn't return calls or emails and leaves early without responding. It's no wonder she took offense to Raj's comments--it's her job at stake. I sure wish Joe was my travel coordinator if what she says is true and he got Raj's trip settled in a week. It's 10 days before my trip and I'm still waiting for my invoice and confirmation forms.

Absolute is not a scam

AUTHOR: Katy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 11, 2004

I am formally an employee of Absolute Reservation Center. I left on my own accord for personal reasons. There are MANY MANY MANY shady travel companies out there, however, Absolute Reservation Center is not one of them. They pride themselves in their customer service and travel fulfillment skills.

I will admit that the initial sale is quite confusing, but I myself have heard the owners of Absolute on the phone with the independent companies several times instructing how the vacations need to be sold. If a customer was misled, Absolute either tries to accomdate what they were told or instructs the sales company to refund the client. Also, if it is an ongoing problem with an independant agent, they have agreed to honor what has been sold, but will no longer allow them to sell any more travel packages that they fulfill. Corporate Travel is one of those companies.

Absolute Reservation Center in no way markets, sells, collects or profits from the sale of the travel package. They are simply and soley the reservation company. Corporate Travel is an independantly owned company and holds an agreement with Absolute Reservation Center that Absolute will travel based on the terms and conditions of the travel package.

Absolute has been in business since 8/2001, any complaints the company has received are based on the sale of the package or the means of advertising. Both of these issues are not the responsibility of Absolute but they have taken . I am positive that if you contact Absolute they will gladly honor your package. Their phone number has remained the same since day one, it's 407-660-9995. Listen to the prompt and it will direct you to the proper extension.
