I contacted Corporate Turnaround on November 2013 when I was having trouble paying my business debt.

I spoke with Scott Kliewe which is aFinancial Solutions Consultant at Corporate Turnaround.
He said we will help you by:

    * Satisfy creditors while paying what you can afford monthly.
    * Stretch your business debt out over time and/or reduce it.
    * Spend less time dealing with creditors, collection agencies and attorneys.
    * Keep your business open and avoid bankruptcy.

We’ve been in touch several times a day and I always asked him if I could opt out of their program if I wanted to and he said that I was under no obligation to stay with them. I wanted to think about it and look into this whole debt consolidation business, but he was very insistent that I sign the contract right away and that I could quit at any time!

He told me that they had recently negotiated with the exact creditors for 5% of the total balance owed. This convinced me to sign the contract and start the ACH debits.

Then he asked me to make ACH for amount of $3,200 each month in order to build up a balance in an account they held that was to pay settlements in the future.

I was in pressure of paying interest and instalments to my creditors and he said, just stop paying them and we will handle it. Then creditors start to call me every single day and nights!

Corporate Turnaround made a ridiculous webpage as my online control panel which shows my status. There is only my payments thru ACH each month along with some notes that says we are negotiating with this and that, stated on that panel.

They represent Tomas Cospito as the point of contact but he didn't do anything for me. Also I had emails from Daniel Hines the President and COO. Finally the big guy ADAM LANG started to be my account manager and my only contact in corporate turnaround.

I asked Adam to send me some evidences which will prove that they are already in touch and negotiating with the creditors and they ignored my request and said, “Everything is on your control panel”.

After few months I started to answer the creditor's phone calls and all of them told me that there was no contact from Corporate Turnaround at all!

They are liar and there was no negotiation with the creditors and all of the records in my control panel was FAKE!

I was in trouble everyday dealing with my creditors and corporate turnaround didn't care and just asked me to be patient!

Finally after 6 months I hired an attorney to help me get rid of corporate turnaround. My attorney tried to refund my money which was gathered to pay off my debts from corporate turnaround but they said you owe our company !!! Can you believe it? They are supposed to pay off my debt and they knew how much I am frustrated and I trusted them and send my money to their account rather than pay my monthly payments to creditors and now they say you owe corporate turnaround!

I am wondering which expenses they had besides adding an inaccurate sentence to my online control panel which was FAKE!

After I requested to cancel my account, nobody answered my phone calls nor my emails! Even I called Scott Kliewe, my first point of contact and he just hang up on me!! Can you believe it? I had an email sent from JAMIE L KLIEWE which is a “Massage Therapist” regarding my question about the contract ! That email was sent from an official email address of a Massage Therapist! It seems they have other sister companies associated with Corporate Turnaround. Probably one of their expenses is for daily massage for their staff!

They told me they are buying time with my creditors, but they didn't tell me I was paying them! This has to be illegal. It is definitely unethical and should be looked into by government regulators.

This company is taking money from hurting businesses and the businesses probably do not even know what they are actually being charged because of their escrow accounts they set up from the beginning.
