The item that I received was different from the item pictured on the site. Specifically, the item ordered was a leather corset, with a laced back and garters. The item received had a hook and eye back, no garters, nor place to attach.In attempting to resolve with the seller, they stated that their manufacturer was out of stock on the item ordered and substituted "something nice". They are offering an $8 refund and I would keep the item. Otherwise, they will give a full refund only if I pay return shipping. I indicated that I would accept a $20 and keep the item, or would demand a full refund, but that I would not pay return shipping to correct the manufacturer's mistake.I have screengrabs, chat transcripts and photos of the item if required.
