Ordered 3 bottles at a cost of about $100.00 About 5 days later a paper USPS envelope arrived with only an invoice in it. Upon close examination there was a 9 inch tear in the side of the envelope where apparently the product had ripped through the side and fell out during the shipment and the invoice had no phone number to contract the company. Searching online finally found an email address and filed a complaint but did not receive a response. Found the company on Face Book and messaged back and forth with someone who refused to refill the order unless we could provide a photo of the torn envelope. Could not locate the envelope as it must have been thrown out by my spouse. No one ever bothered to call and discuss the situation or apologize. Poor Packaging and Shipping and Horrible Customer Service.

Found the Torn Envelope

Found the torn envelope and sent photos to the company asking for a full refund. They responed that they would re send the 3 bottles to which I objected and have asked instead for a full refund. I no longer want the product after my experience with packaging and customer service.
