I purchased a diet aid from Cortislim on 12/14/2003 for $57.98. The product did absolutely nothing for me, so I decided to return itfor a refund within the "60-day guarantee" they advertise.
I obtained a return authorization from them by phone, and returned the product by registered US mail on 1/9/2004.
After one month, I began trying to contact them about my refund, but my emails (info@cortislim.com) have not been answered. I have been unable to reach a live person on their customer service number (888-238-8490).
This product came with a 60-day guarantee, but obviously they don't refund the money. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my credit card, but don't have any responses yet.

Hello Rob and other readers;
I am happy to report that I got a refund on my returned order of Cortislim, including the shipping.
I have learned my lesson about weight loss supplements - there's nothing except exercise and eating less that will help.
However, I did get a refund on my purchase so I can't complain. Avoid the product, it doesn't work, but they do refund eventually.

It's time to stop this crap.
Did you dispute the charges on your credit card?
Also did you notice how they don't give out the price in the ads? That should have rang a bell in your head saying "I don't want this" They don't give out the price for a rason. Sorry Lisa but you got duked.
Cortislim is nothing but a vitimin with a few added ingredents.
Next time you see these things advertise on tv say to yourself "do I want to make a fake doctor rich or keep the money in my wallet"
Also guarantee is meaningless these days.
Sorry for being so bruital but you people need to stop supporting this crap and maybe you should contact your cable company and tell them to stop showing these "inserted ads" (it probably won't work)
It's sicking what they are selling today.
