I was shocked and disusted by what I read tonight about my good friend Cory Boatright. I have been a real estate investor for 26 years and had the pleasure of meeting Cory in 2002. The reason we met is because I called him about a house he had that he was selling. I own a lot of property in the area and didn't know how I missed the one he had bought. It hadn't been for sale by owner or on the MLS because I would have found it and bought it. The reason I called Cory was two-fold. 1. I wanted to know how he was able to find the property and purchase it( so I NEVER let it happen again) and also I was intrigued with how he was marketing the property to sale.

I called him and left a message with someone who answered the phone and left my contact info. He called me back later that day and I invited him to lunch, my treat, later that week, at Deep Fork Grill here in Oklahoma City( I NEVER buy lunch). When we met he told me about the different businesses he had had and why he decided to focus on real estate. I wanted to know more about he marketed to find and also sell houses. He was straight forward and told me exactly the different ways he marketed. I was extremely impressed( I'm very hard to impress!) That day started a friendship that I have been blessed to have the last 14 years.

Cory, has helped me in different areas in my businesses. I have also bought numerous properties from him over the years!!! (several of them were shortsale properties!!) I have bought several here from him in OKC and in Moore Oklahoma. There was one house I bought from him that I hadn't even seen yet when I agreed to purchase it. I was traveling and he called me about a house he was selling and he said it wouldn't last long. I asked him to send me all the info and that I would look at it. He sent me a video that pointed out all the good, the bad and the ugly. He hid nothing. I agreed to buy the property because I trusted him and because he always did what he said he would do and still does.

I think, NO I KNOW that whoever wrote this post is someone that doesn't know Cory Boatright. The Cory Boatright that I know is a very successful real estate investor( I should know he's made a great deal of money selling me houses over the years) because he has been able to corner the market when it comes to marketing and developing rapport with people that need to sell their property and to sell it quickly. He has also been a great mentor to many people that I know and also to me!

There will always be haters and usually they are small minded people who are always TRYING to be successful but never are because they don't put in the hard work it takes to be successful. What they do is sit back and sling mud because they want everyone to be just as miserable as they are. Please stop the whining and complaining and attacking others and take responsbilty for where you are life. BTW I have never taken the time to rebutt anyone because it just isn't worth my time( my time is my most precious commodity) however this most definitely was worth my time. 

Cory I'm sorry you are having to deal with this person saying all this BS when you have spent your life helping others, myself included! Keep you chin up and stay the course! BE A SERVANT!!!!

 I know Cory both personally and professionally. I look to him for advice from time to time and he is a good Christian man. I don't buy it.

I want you understand something, every person that has written
anything negative about me on this site does not exist.

They are complete cowards and will not reveal themselves because
they know everything they wrote is complete B.S.

I have offered to talk (publically) record that conversation and provide
you a link to listen to that call if they will agree, and they never respond.

Do you know why?

They don't even exist. 

They are simply writing negative comments about me that never
happened, just so they hope my ranking in the search engine
(which has always been very high) will drop for them to gain an edge.

Understand something, this is about marketing. Plain and simple.

Anyone, that has ever done business with me, ANY of my past
students that I taught how to wholesale or invest in real estate,
and of my past contractors that work for me, etc... 

... will tell you the false and quite frankly, idiotic and slanderous 
comments written about me from cowards with no REAL identity 
on this site are about the farthest from the truth as you can get
about me.

Jennifer or Todd are made up names they used to spread lies because
they want to make my search engine ranking drop.

Most likely, it's a real estate educator in my same space that just
got upset that I was ranked higher than them Online.

Go to my LINKEDIN Profile. Look whom LInkedin Awarded #1 for
Business Consulting and Real Estate Coach.

Google - Fast Company Magazine with my name and see whom they
ranked #4 out of 30,000 other people Online for Social Influence.

When you get exposure Online like that, it creates enemies for your
competitors.

As far as the notion that  "HE NEVER CLOSED A SHORT SALE PERSONALLY"
I have closed over 1000 real estate transactions and about half of those
have been short sales. 

I even owned a loss mitigation company where we discounted over 50mil in
bad debt with top banks in the country.

I really hope you are smarter than what this page touts are facts or REAl opinions

I GOOGLED CORY BOATRIGHT REVIEWS AND FOUND THIS SITE.  HERE IS MY OPIONION AS SOMEONE WHO KNOWS CORY, HAS DONE BUSINESS WITH CORY, AND KNOWS HIS HISTORY. HERE YOU GO.

IT IS WELL KNOWN IN OKLAHOMA CITY (WHERE CORY RESIDES) THAT HE IS A FRAUD AND A FAILURE AS IT PERTAINS TO INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE AND TEACHING SUCH.  CORY HAD A SHORT LIFESPAN INVESTING IN OKLAHOMA CITY REAL ESTATE.  HE BOUGHT PRIMARILY RUN DOWN SHITTY VACANT CRACK HOUSES.  EVENTUALY ALL OF HIS HOUSES WOUND UP IN FORECLOSURE AND AND I'M PRETTY SURE BANKRUPCY.  THIS ALL HAPPENED AROUND 2007ISH.   ANYONE CAN FIND THE INFO.  HE OPPERATED UNDER THE CORERATE STRUCTURE "ENVISIONTECH" VERY SHORTLY AFTER HIS VERY UGLY CRASH AND BURN CORY CAME OUT WITH HIS NEW "SYSTEM" CALLED SHORT SALE FUNDAMENTALS.   HE PITCHED IT TO THE LOCAL REIA WHERE I DON'T THINK HE SOLD ANY AND HE HIT THE ROAD WITH HIS TRAVELING GANG OF s**t PEDDALERS.

WHAT MAKES IT REALLY DISTURBING IS THAT HE DOES THIS UNDER THE GUISE OF BEING UBER RELIGIOUS. HIS MONTRA IS "BE A SERVANT".  IT SHOULD BE  " BE A SERPANT"

EDMOND, Okla. – As the families in Newtown, Connecticut, bury their loved ones, help is on the way from the efforts of one Oklahoma man - Cory Boatright.

“First we started off with a goal of $10,000 and then we raised $10,000 in one day,” fundraiser Cory Boatright said. “Then we raised it to $15,000 and we’re past that.”

He partnered with his friend in Phoenix and the two set up a fundraiser on the website “Go Fund Me.”

The fundraiser ended Wednesday and raised more than $20,000 to help victims’ families.

Cory said he is working with the funeral homes and all the money raised will go directly to help pay for the funerals of the innocent.

He even made an impassioned video about the cause and the money rolled in.

“Anything that we can do to help, you know, is what we want to do and it’s just so great to see people, we have over 300 people that donated,”Boatright said. “I expected that we would get to $10,000 in three of four days but now we have doubled that and it’s just amazing how many people have really reached out.”

He said it’s a testament to the power of a few and the caring of many.

They aren't bold enough to push past their fears so they find ways to make up stories about you. These folks will never have anythng to bakc up their claims because they are all lies. If you know his past he was also in a large worship band and was kicked out of the church after years of lies while sleeping with the worship pastors wife. He is most assured a wolf in sheeps clothing. a scumbag  who lies everytime his lips are moving.

I was absolutely disgusted and insulted that someone would make up such horrible things about me in this report. Anyone, and I mean anyone can simply Google me our look Linkedin to see the ACTUAL very, very, very happy people that I have worked with in the past.

I neither have heard of or know the person that wrote these horrible lies about me.

I encourage you to ask anyone you know either a guru or a real estate expert about me and my business. I have discounted millions of dollars in real estate via loss mitigation and short sales. I buy and sell properties on a regular basis every month. I'm an active Internet Marketer that has a growing, very, very, very satisfied subscriber base of over 100,000 people each month.

It's very sad to me to see people write something so horrible and then expect me to pay to have it removed. What a way to live with yourself or even sleep at night?
