CosMedix dishonest rip-off I sent them a $384.88 check that they have cashed, CosMedix has not sent me the product nor my refund for unrecieved products. Smyrna Georgia

I placed an order for skin care products with Damien - General Manager on 7/19/04. He told me the total price to write my check for. I told him that I would put the check in the mail that same morning. He told me that he would send my order out as soon as he got my check. I put my check in the mail for $384.88 to CosMedix, then waited to receive my products.

I spoke to Damien - General Manager on 7/28/04 to find out the status of my order. He said that they received my check but they forgot to send my product. Damien said that he would send my product on 7/29/04 overnight mail for me to receive on 7/30/04.

On 8/2/04, I told Damien that I never received the product and I wanted my money refunded. Damien told me he would refund my money.

On 8/27/04, I told Damien that I had not recieved my refund yet. He told me that the person who signs that checks would not be in until 8/30/04. He said that on 8/30/04 he would have my refund check signed and send it overnight mail for me to receive on 8/31/04.

On 9/2/04, I spoke to the receptionist. She said that my check was sent out. I told he that it was not sent because Damien said he would send my refund check by overnight mail on 8/30/04 for me to receive on 8/31/04 and I never received it.

It is now 9/6/04 and from 7/19/04 when I sent them a $384.88 check that they have cashed, CosMedix has not sent me the product nor my refund for unrecieved products.
