COST CUTTERS ( OWNER SUBRAT PATRA ) I WAS TERMINATED FOR BEING GAY NAPERVILLE Illinois

My complaint has to deal with the fact that i was recently terminated by the owner of Cost Cutters of Naperville at 115 east Ogden avenue suite 109 60563 ( Subrat Patra ) for the reason of being a gay male.
I was hired into the company as a full-time manager and hairstylist by Subrat Patra.
When i started working there things were going well. The store sales went up, i hired a great crew to work there, and i maintained a good enviroment to work at and a great enviroment for customers to come into.
everything was going great it seemed, until ( Subrat Patra ) called me into the back office for a meeting, He began to ask me very uncomfortable questions that I personally feel are not acceptable for any employer to ask an employee.
Questions consisted of my sexual preference, plain bluntly asking me if I was homosexual, when i told Subrat Patra, i really dont think its any of your buisness but yes i am a homosexual man.
Subrat Patra- Began to state to me, due to his religion being that of an Indian descent, it was against his culture and religious beliefs, and he stated that he can not have someone of my character working in his salon.
Now prior to this situation a week before he did the same thing to another male employee who is also a gay male giving him the same explanation.
I personally am very upset with this whole situation, and I feel that no matter what race gender or sexual preference should not be discriminated against because of someone elses religious beliefs.
My other complaint : Since i have been terminated I was due another paycheck from Subrat Patra, and he has refused to pay me what he owes me for a full week of work. Everytime I try to call and ask him when am I going to recieve my check he keeps stating he put it in the mail. It has been almost two weeks now, and still no check, i know our postal service is not that slow.
All these situations are not acceptable in any right at all, Everyone has a right to be what they are and should not be dicriminated against.
This is 2008 not 1908 the world has changed atleast i thought it did! But when this happened to me by Subrat Patra, I guess nothing really has changed there is always someone out there that is going to keep discriminating against the gay community. Thankyou for any support that anyone out there may give to me to try to rectify this situation.
