Costa Del Mar Sunglasses Cross Optical Group Costa Daytona Beach Florida

Have bought several pairs of Costa's over the years.  They have top quality optics,  unfortunately the warranty is a scam.  

The metal Costa's seem to crack lenses by stressing the joint at the temples.   Costa charges 82 each time to repair the lenses.   After recieving back my last "warranty"  must be your fault because our warranty doesn't actually cover anything paid repair.  They promptly cracked again.   Costa now asked for $182 to repair, claiming the frame was damaged.  They charge 199 for the same glasses new on thier site.   After waiting on hold more than 30 minutes,  they offered me $20, refused to let me speak to the manager, and continued to refuse to repair the defective glasses.  

These glasses have been sent back and lens repairs charged 4 times..
