THEY MAKE YOU WAIT, GO TO AMAZON,EBAY OR SIMILAR.....AND YOU GET YOUR ITEM FROM ANYBODY ELSE BUT COSTCAPTAIN.COM, THEY STAY OUT OF THE LOOP...YOU RECEIVED PRODUCT WITH A BILLING NOTICE FROM A THIRD PARTY......THEY KEEP YOU CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND UPGRADE YOU TO A PREMIUM *GOLD MEMBER* ELEGIBLE FOR FUTURE DISCOUNTS AND BILL YOU WITHOUT YOU BEING AWARE OF ANY TRANSACTIONS..
I RECEIVED A MICROSOFOT WARNING MESSAGE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT I IGNORED...
NOW I REGRET IT....THEY KEEP BILLING ME FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT....

I order a laptop by the amount of USD 635. The charged the bank account after cancel the order. Summary: NO REFUND, NO ANSWER, LOOSE USD 635. I call this: ROBBERY !!!!

Once you raise enough fuss you get a refund. I got mine. Still weird that they are selling all of these "out of stock" items...

They are indeed a rip off credit card scam by Mehmet T Oguz, of Georgia.
I placed my order in April. Did not receive anything from Cost Captain for 2 months.
Emailed them in June requesting the status (they have never sent me any tracking number or anything).
They confirmed the order but said it was out of stock and that they contacted me earlier via email about it. I did not receive anything from them, not in the spam folder, not anywhwere else. So I requested a refund.
Got an answer that they will escalate it to the supervisor.
Two weeks later July 3rd - still nothing.
I emauil their support again.
Here is their answer:

No phone, no contact, no Refund - nothing...
It appears to be a registered company out of GA, but their practice is a pure CREDIT CARD FRAUD.
I am also posting a claim to the Attorney General of GA and their branch of BBB.
Mehmet T Oguz and his fraud must be stopped!
