Costco mortgage ripoff by Costco and My First Century Bank, GA, Internet

Costco promised superior service from a handful of carefully selected mortgage companies.  In fact, Costco does absolutely nothing to help when they are out of control.  The Costco website publishes glowing reports about mortgage victories, but refuses to print anything negative about producers.  I submitted an application and over 500 pages to My First Century Bank in GA, one of the lenders approved by Costco.  I received a GFE and rate.  After 60 days, the lender had still done nothing, my rate lock expired and my 500 pages were stale.  The lender wanted more documents to start over again and raised the rate.  Costco did nothing to help. Stay away from Costco and this bank.
