I could write several pages explaining the situation and how rudely I have been treated by 2 Cottman dealers and the corporate office, The simple facts are: I spent $1200.00 dollars on a repair and while still in the warranty period I have the exact same problem and Cottman will not make good on it. I have never experienced the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism I have with Cottman, ever! There is no excuse for their lack of integrity and professionalism. Maybe your experience will be different, but for something as crucial and expensive as your drive train, do you want to risk it?

I agree this place is the WORST! IMO...This place is involved in Racketeering (Racketeering, often associated with organized crime, is the act of offering of a dishonest service (a "racket") to solve a problem that wouldn't otherwise exist without the enterprise offering the service. This place is a Racket call center for used car lots. They basically wait for "the fish" to be referred from a shady car salesmen in this area. They told me 900$ to open the trans which is only a 4.5 hour job and 4.5 hours to put it back in but demanded to 900 up front. They also told me it was stuck in gear when my legit driver showed up it was in neutral. I dont even think they looked at the car. The paint i put in screws were not scratched or even messed with. If you paint a phillips screw the day before and someone puts a screw driver in it it should show wear on the screw ... scam identifier #1 and should be if disassembling. I don't meen to throw anyone under the bus but my fix was 20$ plus 1 hour labor else where. These people should be in jail. If your car dealer refers them make sure you get a second opinion. They just talk and talk tell stories until you basically give up and pay them their ransom money.
