Cottonwood Financial I was also Terminated from the Cash Store New London Wisconsin

I think that the way I was fired from the Cash Store was pretty dirty. I made a mistake with a customer and called my DM right away. She called our RM then called me back to let me know that she would call me the next day to let me know what I should do and tell my customer.
She came to the store the next day and asked me to step into the back room. She told me that I was wasting her time and that our RM was getting sick of wasting her time with me also. She told me that the way I gave the loan out was wrong and that I should have never done it that way. I told her that I have been doing it that why since the day I started and was never told that it was wrong. I also told her that our RM knew that we was doing it that way and never said a thing about it. She said that I was teaching my coworker bad habits and that my ex coworker had tought me bad habits. She had a Opportunity for Improvement form and asked me if I still wanted to work for the company. I told her that I did so she said that I should sign the form then. I felt like if I didnt sign the form that would mean that I quit my job. Also I know of other employes that got three or four forms before they were fired.
Monday came around I went to work and all of my belonging was sitting on the side walk by the front door. They opened the door a crack just so I could hand them my key.
I was suppose to get a incentive check and never got one. I called them and I was told that I had to be on the payroll at the time they gave them out.
Now here is the thing, I worked for this company about a year and a half. This DM was with them about six months. She walks in all high and mighty like she knows it all with a chip on her shoulder. I hear that she is still useing my name when thay make a mistake in that store because of my bad habits, which Im starting to get sick and tired of. All so my ex coworker with all the bad habits I hear is a RM now.
I would like to all so say that I do not miss that job. I felt like I was ripping a lot of people off. I do miss a lot of my custumers though. I run in to some of them and they tell me that they miss me too. One guy wont even eat their candy any more.
