Cottonwood Futons And Furnishings Did not honor return policy negligent abusive con Ripoff Madison Wisconsin

I saw Tom's posting mine is similar. I ordered a Tucson frame, Deluxe mattress and Blk Leather cover all in Queen size. The box with the railings etc was lost by Fedex in transit. My order was never filled. Two boxes arrived with split wood slat, 2 slats unfinished and chipped wood, the left end arm support was missing. We are talking about 4 pcs. here. (The box said the frame was made in Indonesia and seemed to have water damage as did some of the slats and one workmanship was poor but I did not complain about these.) I used the 800 number to call, the message says they will call back in 48 hrs no one called. I sent an email w/ pictures reporting damage, nothing. I called got a boy who said they don't decide at the warehouse what to do. Nothing. I called again got a woman who insisted they had already sent me replacements for missing and damaged parts. And she was sending the tracking info via email then said she didn't know. I heard nothing from them. Finally I suggested that I suggested they give me return authorization and a full refund. They began responding first saying in that case they will send the parts and IMMEDIATELY (This IS their return policy.) Next I discovered they sent me the wrong mattress. I sent pics of a 2" foam 4" wide mattress I had ordered the 4" 7" cotton wrap pressed to 6-8". They told me it was the box but I had it out for 3 weeks by that time. lol I checked out the cover and found it huge and drooping on this mattress! I thought that was proof but they said it is to be like that. Also the cover was sewn wrong and with remnant pieces. So they were not going to address those problems either. They had fun telling me 3 more times the would replace and even that they had the parts but nothing. I was insulted a few times they had my money and they knew it. I did get the author and returned the goods as my bank said to do. They charged me for THEIR SHIPPING TO SEND IT TO ME. i HAVE TAKEN THEM TO THE aTTORNEY gENERal IN wISCONSIN who is conducting an investigation looking for those duped by these folks wASHINGTON AND THE BBB who has numerous complaints on them as well as my credit card co and internet posting.
