country club products hotel pillows inferior quality elizebeth New Jersey

 countryclub products memory foam bamboo pillows are junk! i purchased bamboo pillows from other companies and they were great . since the other companies were sold out of there pillows i thought i'd try country club since they run big ads in the retailers trade magazines saying nobody beats there price or quality !! what a bunch of bull ! there one dollar cheaper but there quality is terrible ! there pillows are half flat lumpy its vlike they put in cheap memory foam just enough to fill a twin pillow but these are suppose to be king size and there flat ! i called the company and told them about my problem and they said thats how they are . i said the ones i bought from the other companies were firm and filled full no flat spots then he told me thats why there cheaper ! thank god i only sold one pillow to make right with a customer ! but they didn't offer to replace them or refund my money i'm glad i only ordered two cases and not a skid i'm out $ 160.00 they just blew me off ! so if your a retailer BEWARE !! i don't sell trash to my dedicated customers and i don't think you want to either !  j. walter WALTER'S GIFTS
