We started the 1st week of Feb. 2009 with trying to do a ReFi. Now it is the Middle of MAY and still nothing. You have to resend and resend your information, the loan officer tells you, yes we can do this, then will not return your calls in a timely manner. some times it take up to a week of more just to get a phone call back. THEN she tells you we will be closing, and guess what she WRONG. SO you then get mad and call her BOSS and low and behold the main person tells you, SORRY WE CANNOT DO THIS, the apprisial is OLD and need an updated one, need a new credit check need this need that BUT THIS DOES NOT LOOK GOOD YOU BETTER START LOOKING ELSEWHERE. Oh my god. STAY AWAY FROM THE COUNTRY WIDE AKA BANK OF AMERICA IN BOULDER CO. WE HAVE SPENT OVER $10,000 trying to get this thing going so we can let our kids have some land, they have lost the modular home they had picked out DOWN PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE, their construction loan PLUS all the fees, money for rezoning, they moved out of their rental home because we were told we were CLOSING, and have moved into a 5th wheel with one 18 month old and another one due in 3 weeks.
