Countrywide Mortgage Company fixed mortgage increase of $130. mth to cover homeowner's insurance that i pay on my own Plano Texas

This company is a bunch of crooks. I had my homeowner's insurance removed from the mortgage, because they keep increasing it. I have a fixed rate mortgage that should only increase for taxes. My Mortgage started at $2004, after removing the insurance it went down to $1930. Now they want to put it back on and are charging $2062 a month. All they do is pass me from one person to another and I never get a straight answer from anyone there. I inderstand why so many people are losing their homes now, it's because these banks keep adding on bogus charges. Please report this to whom ever it needs to get to. Thank you for any help I can get, because this bank has been no help at all.
