Today I received a letter informing me of a refund of $29, 745.00, from the "Equal Housing Lender Program," in Simi Valley, California. Ironically I had just completed a Foreclosure Review packet from the Feds regarding Bank of America. The letter is a fraud! The letter head is odd, grammatical errors, and the use of the HUD, and Equal Housing Lender logos are deceiving. Do not call these people!
