Countrywide is a total hoax. I authorized the payment, faxed the signed contract, had many, many, conversations with this Kathryn Garten.

Then my call wasn't returned, then I spoke to a secretary stating that my part of the sale was complete, but they were waiting for the buyer's part to be completed.

After a week or so I called but got only a recording to hold then a recording to leave a message. I called for the next 3-4 weeks, never got to a live person.

I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Mass. I have continued to call, but I just get the same recording. I would like to get my money back, so I am contacting the Attorney General of Mass.

I won't list my timeshare until I have done a very thorough background check-especially on your site! I wish I had known about your site before I was suckered.
