County Financial Services Mysterious car loan balance Anaheim, California

Feb 2010 drove off with a car from Tony Carrasco Motors 9020 Campo Rd Spring Valley, CA 91977.  Did not sign contract just given a paper stating I would be making monthly payments to them after a $1,500.00 deposit.  The loan would be "In-House". After 7 Months of paying on time, I receive a call from a Daisy at County Financial stating they hold the loan and I must begin making payments to them.  "What"?  I had no idea who they were, was not sent anything in writing advising me as a (consumer) the loan is with them, thus,  I was reluctant in providing any information to Daisy until I received something from them.  Daisy read me a balance on the loan which was way off,  the original balance was 7999.00 and we paid over 3,000 so they are telling me that we owe 7800??  What a joke.  Then they say we need to send them all documentation "we" have so they can get accurate figures??  Excuse me?  they were in Bed with Tony Carrasco Motors now I have to clean the linens?  So a couple of weeks pass then a Donna calls stating she is the supervisor and she will be working with me on the loan.  Again,  We have no contract.  I don't know who these people are.  So I notified the BBB as this could be a situation of Deceptive business practices, where the consumer is not notified or made aware of changes to an existing agreement.  I have been reading a lot of consumer complaints against this company and may possibly suggest a class action suit as if enough harrassment and misrepresentation occur there could be a chance they will pay us for our cars.  With the right Attorney....
