I read a previous report on this website which summed up my experience perfectly.

They were extremely easy to place an order with, and they managed to take my money no problem.

The difficulties seemed to arise when I requested to actually RECIEVE the merchandise which I had paid for. Or to have anyone (except their sales department) pick up their phone, the sales department by the way can't answer any questions related to previously placed orders. Or to have ANY of my voice-mails returned. Or to have any of my e-mails responded to.

The first time I reached the sales support staff she told me my scooter had been shipped out. 5 days later I hadn't recieved the product, or any kind of tracking number to figure out where the scooter was. So I called over 25 times that day. And reached someone who asked if I was close to my computer, she was going to e-mail my tracking number over immediately.

3 days later I hadn't heard from her again. So I called. Probably 50 times. She finally picked up, asked to put me on hold while she looked up my order, and then hung up on me. I called back immediately and was told her voice mail box was full. I called back at least 25 times, and left 3 voice mails, and 3 days later hadn't heard from ANYONE.

A month after ordering from this bull***t company I got an e-mail stating that my scooter had been picked up "today", and my tracking number would be available "by the end of the week". I e-mailed and called back and demanded a refund. And have yet to hear back from anyone.

Too late I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau's website.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE.
