AND THEY LET THERE CURRENT DRIVERS PICK WHAT THEY WANT TO TAKE OUT AND GIVE YOU THE BS TO RUN ..... AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BARBARA MCLLWAIN AND SUSAN THEY WILL LAUGH ALL UP IN YOUR FACE BUT WILL STAB YOU IN THE BACK AND THERE DISPACH IS VERY RUDE TO YOU THEY REALLY DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE TO THERE DRIVERS AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE TO YOU AS WELL AND THEY CHARGE YOU A LOT OF FEES TOO.... They will send you as little or as much as they wish (remember you're an Independent Contractor --it costs them little to nothing to keep you on). You pay your own gas, they require you to rent an expensive phone, buy two kinds of insurance, pay for a background check, etc. The payouts are low (could just barely exceed your fuel). You could actually owe them at the end of the week. Not usually into government regulation but something has got to be done. Capitalism without considering right and wrong...running a business running your workers into the ground.
