I BOUGHT CAR FROM THEM ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO. THEY STATED IT HAD A BRAND NEW ENGINE, ONLY 12000 MILES. THE SAID IT WOULD COST 95.00 TO ANALIZE THE CAR. THE TOTAL CAME TO $425. CHANGE.
THEY STATED IT CRANKED BUT WOULD NOT MOVE AND THAT IT HAD A TRANS PROBLEM. I STATED THAT THERE COULD NOT BE A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM IT WAS WORKING ALRIGHT BEFORE AND SHOWED NO SIGNS OF FAILURE. THEN THEY SAID THEY PUT SOME TRANS FLUID IN AND IT STARTED TO WORK.
BUT IT WAS RUNNING LEAN AND I NEEDED TO PAY SOME MORE MONEY TO ANALIZE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. CALLED BACK IN A DAY AND NOW THEY THE STATED I NEEDED TO REPLACE ALL FUEL INJECTORS AND GAS WAS SQUIRTING EVERYWHERE. THIS SOUNDS LIKE THEY WERE TAKING CAR APART INSTEAD OF REPAIRING IT. THEY TOLD ME THE OTHER DAY I COULD DRIVE IT BUT GAVE NO ANSWER THIS TIME.
LEFT ME ON THE PHONE FOR 20 MIN OR MORE GAVE NO ANSWER THIS TIME IF I COULD DRIVE IT.
