This dealership is full of people who will lie, cheat and steal in order to sell cars. They will do whatever it takes including promising to trade in your old vehicle (which of course they make a profit on) and sell you a new vehicle - to be picked up the next day. When you return the next day, they may tell you that the loan was denied but they had already sold the trade in so you are out of luck. You will leave without your old car and without a new car. (((competitor's name redacted))) would be the best place to buy a car
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitors name

They fixed my problem. Chris did the right thing and I know think he is one of the honest people in this business. I would do business with them again and recommend them to a friend.

Trade-in scam
AUTHOR: OHara - (United States of America)

This happened to a friend in Atlanta, GA. He went to a Mazda dealer and negotiated a trade. They let him drive off in a Mazda Miata but several days later, told him his financing had been declined. He went to get his trade-in car back but it was gone, gone, gone. He never did get it back! He ended up getting a 15 year old car that was totalled yet drivable that he could pay cash for. Automobile dealers wonder why they have such terrible reputations!
