My experience was similar-I started at blackbook.com and clicked the link for reverse phone lookups-which brought me to 411.com where I clicked a link for a free search which returned some indication of results which were blocked from view by a popup ad that there were court records for the person I was searching about at courtrecords.org and an limited time offer for unlimited free searches at a discount.

- after clicking the advertisement link to get unlimited people searches for a one time fee of $29.95 (discounted from $39.95 +9.95 confirmation fee) for unlimited searches

I paid and was registered for membership which purported to bring me to a restricted access membership only page that was redirected from the biller CISWorldwide.com which provides a support contact at mailto:support@clickbank.com in the email receipt for paid membership access which sending an email to the Publisher email brings returns an undeliverable error.

From the membership access page after login was confirmed ,even alleged "free " seaches such as people searches, reverse phone searches, all were returning with zero (0) results and very quickly with no search results listed whatsoever on known names and known phone numbers -which should have returned some data and does return data elsewhere at free search sites such as whitepages.com and 411.com.
The site then bills you for direct searches which return no data as well.

I paid $20 from this members only access page for a paid direct search of court records on a name that I know returns court records and yet this search returned within two seconds (extremely fast for any type of search) without any data whatsoever and billed within seconds of returning with (0) zero results and no data. This seems like a scheme to defraud people of money as they try different searches that they get billed for each time until they give up.

My experience was almost identical to Zachary from Cheyenne, WY.
