I placed an order from couturehardwear.com. The site promises 5-7 business days for delivery however, after 30 days and numerous emails, I was advised that the item was out of stock. I was then promised a refund, even told that a copy of the credit processed would be forwarded to me. Nothing. No refund. Now no response. Natalie or whoever the respondent on their end is, is a liar. The company is a fraud. BEWARE. The promise of discount designer goods is not worth it.
