I recently wanted to try the new medication Latisse that has been approved by FDA for growing eyelashes longer. I saw this company Couture Laser and Skin. After ordering the 2 bottles of Latisse, I realized that it was prescription only.
I questioned the company and they said, well that is why you fill out the medical history forms. I hadn't filled out any. On the form before the purchase it states that one can not purchase without medical forms filled out. They had charged me within a couple of hours, but I still had not filled out the forms.
I asked for a refund, but they will not allow it. I filled out the forms, UNTRUTHFULLY so it appeared that I was unhealthy for the medication. They requested my physicians information. I do not want to release any of my personal information to them and they will not allow a refund. How is this legal?

Requested medication that was ordered for her understanding that not wanting to fill out her required medical history was not an excuse for a refund. She went to out to lie about her medical status to obtain a refund. We find this behavior unethical.
We are a reputable medical practice with thousands of patients of experience. Rarely do we come across such unethical individuals. Our satisfaction rate on a recent patient survey is 99 percent!
