Mine fell apart in only 3 weeks!! And they have NO customer service, despite what they say. I was offered a full refund but received nothing, and when you call them they put you on hold either to "find out what's going on" or "transfer you to a supervisor" but that's not what they do! It's not even what they INTEND to do! They leave you on hold until you finally hang up, or they do.
