Covershield Car Accessories, LA Horrible Service and Bogus Support Los Angeles California

This company whom sells on Amazon sold me what was to be a Ultrasonic Anti Bark system.  And though I am located a mere 6 driving hours away, and they reportedly stated they had the item in stock, it took 35 days to receive the items and upon receipt, it was damaged and broken.  Upon calling the company I was placed on hold several times and never once asked my name or account number.  Then I was told I could not get a refund.  Further, upon asking for a supervisor, I was again placed and hold for over 10 minutes and later told someone would call me back.  This organization is by far one of the most unprofessional and lacking in customer service I have encountered.  I am disappointed in them and Amazon as well for allowing them to sell on their site.
