Cowles Parkway Ford Slandered my company's name Woodbridge, Virginia

I had had waranty issues with a truck I had purchased at Cowles Ford.When I took the truck in for service,they dented the truck in four different places. After the service writerhad admitted the damage and said they would pay to have it fixed,That service writer found anew job. I had to file a claim with my insurance company to get the truck fixed.Theycollected the money from Cowles Ford.

When I brought my truck back in for warranty service work,The service manager said the would not work on my truck as long as it had a ladder rack on it.This is a commercial truck and they had just made up a policy on ladder racks.This lead to a very loud arguement in the parking lot.All the while he denied the damage they had done. A few hours later I received a call from commercial sales statingthe service department was wrongwhen they refused me service.

Now I have to deal with a bad ripoff report someone "Matt Norris"in service department wrote about my company and the arguement we had. This just shows you howlow the service department will stoop to slander its customers.

HadI known of this report sooner,I would not have purchased another truck with them.
