cowtown flea market pilSgrove new jersey 295 south,off exit 4 non license vendors operating food carts,and running business,with out all proper papers to run by the state of new jersey woodstown, New Jersey

for the past yr,and present this flea market is allowing food vendors to run food carts with out proper liscense,nor insurance,i found that vendors are cooking ribs,chinese food,tacos,with grills on the outside of there cart,no over head to cover all that dust that be flying around the area,and if there using hot cooking grease to fry fish,chicken,fries,theres no supression sytem inside of the cart.some vendors are using,heated crock pots,and boiling pots to fry,with no cart at all,just pulled the pots from the back of there car trunk,and use a family home grill,or cooking pot to fry cooking products,some dont use gloves,seen one lady selling hot dogs,using santizer.

but this is the problem shes running the hot dog cart with no commerical tags on her food cart,no hand wash sink,cause its a compact dirty hotdog cart,so now she uses the sanitizer,but she picks up the bun while the sanitzer is rubbed on her hand,you have other vendors cooking on grills like its a BBQ holiday going on,and ohh my gosh the chinese people ar just dirty,you have a guy who name is glen,this guy has been there for yrs,located 50 feet from the office with a red truck selling fish and crab cakes,this guy looks so dirty.shirts stays dirty,his food truck looks nasty,you can smell the nasty grease hes cooking when your comming up the aisle,i never seen somone who looks dirty then also serve food thats tastes nasty.and smell like the fish is being cooked in dirty grease,i eat his food one time and got sick,he serve the fish half frozen,not fully cooked,ive talked to the bob the manager a few times,nothing has happen yet,ive even emailed the health department of that town,nothing has happen,i even emailed the gov of new jersey and still nothing has happen,what is going on,is this guy grant who runs that flea market is paying the health department off,cause the health department comes out every 3-four months,and you mean to tell me that all these vendors hads pass the inspection,no way,i know the guy grant also owns most of the town there,but this is just crazy to let these people to operate illegal,and sell food to customers,who cant get a reciept if there child,grandmother,friend,or love one gets sick,and its costing thousands of dollars for food born illness,i just dont know who i can turn to now.so im asking help from other

who do i cannot,i ran out of options,,,,and just let the people know if you go to this flea market in pilsrove,woodstown new jersey off exit 4 off of 295 going south,,you better get a reciept when ordering food,or youll be sorry
