Just Google Cox communications in Las Vegas and read the reviews. This is a monopoly of service in this area, which boast a rate of $25-$25-$25 for phone, internet and TV. What they don't tell you is....these are temporary rates that only increase each month after your service begins. These are not small increases they are as much as $30-$40 on "each" service depending on their mood for the month.
The salespersons, managers and technicians are all in on it, so if you expect anything to be addressed properly...forget about it. They don't care...they all stick up for each other and you are told you are "the problem" and if you are really upset and are forced to continue with them...they sabotage your service. No recourse but to quit after you've spent a lot of time and money thinking you're getting service at the promised fee that was initially set up.
This is so wrong! It is the result of them feeling they are the "only good service" in the area and you are stuck with their lousy service or nothing at all. They are the bottom....bottom of the list for customer service. They only want to argue their unreasonable logic for their increases. Every account is charged differently, they say. You are subjected to associates that have no idea what the initial salesperson promised you with your beginning service nor do they care for they have a different mission. That mission is to convince you that "you" made the mistake.
No one (at COX) really understands the increases but they do a lot of "double talk" about bundling which is confusing and frustrating for most, always to their advantage and they do not care about meeting you halfway with anything. Their solution is to reduce your service to bare minimum at much higher, higher prices then advertised.....Absolutely the most deceiving Company I have ever done business with. How are they able to continue to lie to customers and cover up for each other and run a business? Aren't they accountable to anyone?
I hope they are investigated in Las Vegas. This business is corrupt. They do not return contact messages, only generated ones that state: "Your problem has been sent to the appropriate departments for "coaching. Please know you are a valued customer".....LOL. You never hear from them again. They are a monster that has grown too...too big for their pants! Where is their competition in this area? You will have a lot of customers waiting for you! Put them out of business!

I underlined "for 6 months." It states also that this is a $28 month savings for the 6 months. I don't know what they tell you on the phone. BTW, what did they do to "sabotage" your service and how do you know that's what they did? I don't work for them.
