Cozy Array Sent "Egyptian Cotton" sheets that literally fell apart and had stains

I immediately noticed discoloring/stain on fabric and notified them.  They refunded a very small portion.  The sheet set was only $23.99.  When I attempted to put them on our bed a couple weeks ago, my hand went right through the fabric.  These were listed as Egyptian Comfort 1800 Count 4 Piece Deep Pocket Bed Sheet Set.  I have bought many sets of Egyptian Cotton Sheets for myself and my children over the years.  I have never felt any that were that high of a thread count, that felt like the ones sold to me by Cozy Array.  I sent them a picture of the tear and they refused to either replace with better quality, which I wouldn't mind paying difference for. Nor did they refund the remainder of what I paid for them.
