Use the P name in CP and see if you have better luck. Asking for Josh Bowens is a tipoff that an angry customer is calling, I'm sure. It's a made up name just like their so-called scientist or someone from pfizer- the makers of Viagra. That's a lie too. It's all over the internet. Pfizer may even sue them for using their name or at least implicating it by saying "he" is one of the developers of Viagra or something in their ads.
